- Supports front line staff at CHI and partner locations who service Choice Privileges, Customer Relations, Reservations or Specialty Desk calls. - Responsible for reviewing various reports for auditing and compliance. Takes appropriate action regarding reports by contacting audit/compliance, unresponsive hotels, and management. Complies with Sarbanes Oxley requirements regarding Warning and Adjustment Reports. Serves as partner liaison resolving discrepancies for CP members, posting issues.
- Participates in regular staff meetings and/or recurrent training. Maintain thorough knowledge of reservation policies, promotions, Choice Privileges, Customer Relations, Lowest Price Guarantee and Executive Desk. Develops a comprehensive knowledge of company policies with special emphasis on legal issues. Works closely with the legal department on potential liability cases for Choice Hotels and provides guidance to specialists on proper procedures for handling such cases. Assist leadership with updating and maintaining SOP across entire department. Updates and creates letters pertaining to the department as needed for final approval by Supervisor. Peer to peer training of new associates. Assists CR Supervisors develop and conduct training programs and helps facilitate continued education development plans for all Specialists. Other related duties as assigned.
