This position will work directly with the Implementation & Support teams to assist with integration and configuration requirements necessary to launch customer implementation projects on the Nexonia product. This includes the following typical projects:

Job Requirements:
- Develop and debug data output files in multiple formats to be consumed by the client’s accounting system
- Develop and debug data input files in multiple formats to be integrated into Nexonia
- Manage and maintain output file structures and update as needed for clients
- Assist the Implementation & Support teams in integration troubleshooting through xml access
- Custom data output files required by clients for specific integrations (ACH file feeds, payroll exports, etc.)
- Create and troubleshoot travel integrations for Nexonia customers with our Travel providers
- Setup Corporate Card SFTP credentials and troubleshoot credit card feed integration for Visa/Amex and Mastercard customers with corporate cards
- Create Database Queries for execution by the Nexonia Development team as required to support new and existing customers
Required Skills:
- Experience with creating and maintaining XML configuration files
- Experience with background processing and batch processing systems
- At least 1 year of product knowledge of Nexonia products
- Proven experience in managing input/output of data flows from prior systems
- Ability to analyze business requirements and discover gaps in expectations
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to participate in cross-functional teamwork to ensure client success
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt, using current skills in new environments
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to work in a climate controlled, office environment
- Vision must be good or corrected to normal to perform normal job duties
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
