Administrative Assistant

Your new company

Our client, a Financial Services company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This will be a 2 month contract opportunity. This candidate will be working out of their downtown Toronto office.

Your new role

This candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones and returning voicemail’s, ad hoc administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies as well as office orderliness and cleanliness.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be organized and able to work in a fast paced environment. Solid Woking knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. You will be a team player and have excellent communication skills.

What you’ll get in return

This position is offering $17.00 – $18.00 per hour.
