Customer Success Manager
We are hiring for a Customer Success Manager to join our Adobe Experience Cloud team. Working with some of our largest customers you will be on point for helping us achieve our CSM mission of accelerating value for our customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to our most strategic accounts and build strong partnerships, drive adoption of our products/solutions, and ultimately ensure our customers realise value from their investment.
- Responsible for our most strategic accounts and delivering customer’s overall success with Adobe, securing renewals, driving adoption of Adobe solutions, and delivering highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage complex account situations and lead resolution towards mutual success and partnership
- Effectively network within accounts from the C-Level down in order to achieve successful execution of the customer’s strategy and roadmap
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the Customer’s lifecycle, define success plan with deliverables, and ensure clear communication across the Customer operational areas
- Deliver on an exceptional customer experience with proactive communication, orchestrating the right internal resources, and effectively using the customer engagement model to align, track and evolve customer business goals
- Drive adoption of Adobe products – using data to provide insights and share best practices and progress from baseline through the maturity curve

Professional Services Account Executive
This is a Consulting Sales role, with quota assignment and expected attainment. Adobe Professional Services Account Executives earn the role of trusted advisor through their work and the work of the Adobe Professional Service team. The PSAE partners with a well-rounded complement of seasoned technical, project management, and design experts. The PSAE also owns the development and management of client relationships; new business development; engages in thought leadership; works closely with License Sales teams; maintains effective relationships with Operations personnel, and Consulting and PMO leadership and personnel; and manages to company and practice goals.
What you need to succeed
- Possess strong solution sales and consulting business development with demonstrated ability to close business.
- This role does NOT manage consulting engagements but is instead an escalation point for customers and License Sales if an engagement encounters issues. Hence, previous Delivery experience is preferred.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through the sale of sound consulting projects.
- Compile customer requests and deployment issues, to provide a feedback channel to Consulting Leadership.
- Demonstrate quota overachievement selling $6M + annually.
- Ability to work with sales, technologists, designers, and project managers to identify, document and close consulting engagements for strategic solutions that leverage the Adobe Marketing Cloud (Analytics, Target, AEM, etc).
- Ability to collaborate with Adobe software sales to build and execute account strategies.
- Bachelor Degree with 10+ years of experience;
- Ability to assess client environment from a business process, organizational and technological perspective, and effectively communicate opportunities for change.
- Gather sales requirements, generate proposals, present to customer senior management and participate in complex sales cycles.
- Generate follow on business with existing clients through effective client delivery oversight and networking within the client environment.
- Working with senior level client management personnel, delivering quality client presentations and managing issues.
- Anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions. Attentive to client and project team needs.
- Excellent team building, verbal and written communication.
- Experience with Digital Marketing industry with focus on Campaign Management software
- Exceptional communication skills, ethics, leadership ability, executive presence, and work habits absolutely required.
Head of Lab
As the AI Lab Director, you will establish a cutting-edge research lab in artificial intelligence, that will both push the state-of-the-art and have a profound impact on Adobe’s products. The role will help to shape Adobe’s strategic vision of how to apply breakthroughs in AI to its current and future products. You and the newly formed team will join and foster an inclusive research culture that produces breakthrough ideas and experiences at the boundary of art and science. Demonstrated success in novel contributions to at least one aspect of artificial intelligence and also broad understanding of the field are desired.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a new research team within Adobe Research, focused on establishing and advancing AI research at Adobe.
- Shape the AI technology agenda at Adobe.
- Deliver AI-based technology features to product.
- Partner with the already existing research teams at Adobe, including world class experts in computer vision, deep learning, and NLP.
- Engage with the research community at large, including university collaborations, intern recruiting and mentorship, and publishing and participation in top-tier conferences.
What you need to succeed
- Passion for innovation and excellence
- Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence or related field
- (desired) Expertise in one or more of the following: game AI, reinforcement learning, agents, knowledge representation, cognitive modeling, natural language processing, dialog systems
- Significant research impact track record, including high quality publications
- 8+ years post-doctoral research experience
- Solid experience in technical leadership and mentoring roles
- Industrial research management experience a plus
